By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.
The Website is operated by CareStream, a trading name of TRG Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 11731704, whose registered office is at Suite Ra01, 195-197 Wood Street, London, England, E17 3NU. References to "we", "us" or "our" are to CareStream.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by the law of England and Wales. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
