How staff use it
- Staff send a question to your CareStreamAI WhatsApp number.
- They receive an answer back in the same chat, drawn from your policies.
- The answer comes back in the language they asked in.
Setting it up
- 1Open Settings and find the WhatsApp section.
- 2Add the phone numbers of the staff who are allowed to use it.
- 3Share your CareStreamAI WhatsApp number with your team.
- 4Approved staff can start asking questions straight away.
